Data Deletion

You can delete your Mystajl account and all personal data associated with it at any time, including if you signed in with Google, Apple, or Facebook.

1. Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Mystajl app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at privacy@mystajl.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Send it from the email address linked to your account, or tell us the name and email you signed in with (for example your Facebook or Google account). We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

3. Remove Mystajl from your Facebook account

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Mystajl’s access to your Facebook account:

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites.
3. Find Mystajl and select Remove.

This stops Mystajl from receiving data from Facebook. To delete the data we already hold, use one of the options above.

4. What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete (or anonymise) your personal data, including:

• your account details (name and email address)
• your reference photo
• your garments and collections
• your try-on results

We only keep data if we are required by law to keep it for a longer period. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
